I am grateful to Ashesi University for changing my life. The kind of training I received enhanced my output at work. In fact, after implementing a few of the ideas I gathered from the course, I won three awards at work; Best Worker of the year, Best of the Best Marketing Staff and Best Sales and Collection person. I will recommend the class to any Manager who is serious about obtaining results on the job.
As a result of the 'Modern Trends in Marketing' course that I attended at Ashesi in 2004, I realised that my unique value proposition ought to be delivering outstanding service to my customers in order to gain a competitive advantage. One of the first things I did was to train my staff in 'Total Customer Service'. The result has been an empowered team that takes on new challenges with enthusiasm. I have seen an increase in staff morale and trust between staff and management has greatly improved, making the work environment more enjoyable and productive.
As a result of the course I took at Ashesi, I am implementing new ideas on my job. The results are fantastic!
