Configuring Outlook

First-time Setup

On the task bar click the Windows start button

Open Microsoft Office Outlook

Click Next.

Make sure Yes is selected and click Next.

Enter your details correctly in the form

Check Manually configure server settings or additional server types.

Then click Next.

Select Microsoft Exchange or compatible service and click next

In the space provided for the server please enter “BUZON2.ashesi.local

Check Use Cached Exchange Mode

Then Click Next


If there is any pop-up window like the above, please enter your login details and click OK

Click the Finish button

You have successfully configured your outlook, congratulations.

Please note that this connects you only to the local server. Therefore when out of campus, please use the webmail to access your e-mails. Click here for directions on how to access the webmail.
